Before completing the form, please read the following requirements:

 

Teaching Artists:

• The cost will be (minimum) $50/hour per Teaching Artist. In addition to the Teaching Artist cost, we request a donation to MYCincinnati of $200 or more. If you are a non-profit and/or an organization that has partnered with us in the past, this donation may be negotiable. After we receive information about your needs, we will provide you will the cost of hiring MYCincinnati Teaching Artists for your event. 

• Different artists may be able to offer different genres of music and different selections (jazz, classical, pop, background music, etc). Please note below any special preferences. 

• If you would like to request any specific pieces, there may be additional fees. 

• You must supply the following:

  • a chair without arms for each performer

  • a secure space to unpack and leave instrument cases

  • electrical outlets if the performance must be amplified

 

Student Artists:

• We have a selection of light classical pieces to perform, a list of which will be provided upon request.

  If you would like to request any specific repertoire, outside our standard program, there may be an additional fee based on the staff time to make the arrangement requested and time for students to rehearse it.

• You must supply the following:

  • a chair without arms for each performer

  • a secure space to unpack and leave instrument cases
