General conditions

 

  1. Eligibility: to be eligible, participant must be a MYCincinnati student, or new student who meets one of the following criteria: 1). Live in Price Hill, 2). One of the parents works in Price Hill, or 3). Child attends school in Price Hill (Eligible zip codes include: 45204, 45205, 45238)  

  2. How to Participate: Follow the instructions provided above.  

  3. Conduct of Raffle: The participant acknowledges and agrees: (a) that this Raffle is being conducted exclusively by MYCincinnati.  and (b) that any effort to advertise the Raffle is done so on a voluntary basis.  

  4. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Prize depends upon the date when parents registered students *See instructions above. 

  5. Selection of Winner: A winner will be selected on the Drawing Date ( October 28, 2022) by 2 or 3 MYCincinnati staff. The entrant does not need to be present at the drawing to win. MYCincinnati will notify the potential winner, who will be announced as the winner of the Raffle subject to verification of eligibility. 

  6. Qualification of Winner: Potential winner will be required to meet all the following: 1), Eligibility to be a MYCincinnati student, 2). Keep attendance rate above 85% from day one of classes up to the day of the raffle) 

  7. Prize Restriction: No cash exchange for the prize is permitted. 

  8. Disqualified Winner: If MYCincinnati, in its sole determination, disqualifies a winner, the winner will not be entitled to any compensation of any kind. If the winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining participants.

  1. Elegibilidad: para ser elegible, el participante debe ser un estudiante de MYCincinnati o un estudiante nuevo que cumpla con uno de los siguientes criterios: 1). Vivir en Price Hill, 2). Uno de los padres trabaja en Price Hill, o 3). El estudiante asiste a la escuela en Price Hill (los códigos postales elegibles incluyen: 45204, 45205, 45238)

  2. Cómo participar en el sorteo: siga las instrucciones proporcionadas en la parte de arriba.

  3. La conducción del sorteo: el participante reconoce y acepta: (a) que este sorteo está siendo realizado exclusivamente por MYCincinnati. y (b) que cualquier esfuerzo por publicitar la el sorteo se realiza de manera voluntaria.

  4. Probabilidades de Ganar: Las probabilidades de ganar el Premio dependen de la fecha en que los padres inscribieron a los estudiantes 

  5. Selección del ganador: 2 o 3 miembros del personal de MYCincinnati seleccionarán un ganador en la fecha del sorteo (28 de octubre de 2022). El participante no necesita estar presente en el sorteo para ganar. MYCincinnati notificará al ganador potencial, quien será anunciado como el ganador del sorteo sujeto a verificación de elegibilidad.

  6. Calificación del Ganador: Se requerirá que el ganador potencial cumpla con todo lo siguiente: 1), Elegibilidad para ser un estudiante de MYCincinnati, 2). Mantener la el porcentaje de asistencia por encima del 85% desde el primer día de clases hasta el día de la rifa)

  7. Restricción del premio: No se permite el intercambio de dinero en efectivo por el premio.

  8. Descalificación: Si MYCincinnati, a su sola determinación, descalifica a un ganador, el ganador no tendrá derecho a compensación de ningún tipo. Si el ganador es descalificado por cualquier motivo, se seleccionará un ganador alternativo entre los participantes restantes.
